Be funny is to get a security box that blocks all traffic from them hehehaha. Then they would have to figure out a way around it... "Oh it quit responding it must be down... Good Job guys good job!"
What if the ISP has DOS (Denial of Service) equipment to help preserve their bandwidth? This can be a big waste of government money.... as usual.
