How Do I change my NAT From "Moderate" to "Open"?

I am trying to have up to 8 Xbox 360s connect to XBox Live through an Edimax ER-1088 Load Balancing Router.

I have followed the instructions for forwarding the ports and even had the 4 Comcast SMC modems that feed the WAN set to DMZ the IP of the Edimax, essentially bridging it.

I can get out to XBox live through each of the SMC modem/routers when plugged directly into them, but as soon as I plug them into the Edimax, I come up with a Moderate NAT on any single one of them, but as soon as I connect more than one of the XBoxes to Live, they will knock the other off. When running the Live Network Test on the XBox, I will get issues ranging from failing ICMP responses to "low" MTU...

The MTU set on each of the 4 WANs is maxed at 1500.

I am thinking I may just have to put yet ANOTHER router behind the Load Balancer and then set the Virtual Server to forward the XBox Live ports to that IP.

Any ideas?
