NYC Metro | Broadband I think for the most part as we increase last mile broadband bandwidth, we're going to see less and less cost benefit to the average consumer... Unless you are hardcore into P2P, 10-30mbps is more than most consumers need.... I'd expect 50 & 100mbps to become the longtime tiers once the tech/costs reaches the point that allows everyone to get such bandwidth at home....
1gbps is just overkill for consumers today...
