Unless you are hardcore into P2P, 10-30mbps is more than most consumers need.... I'd expect 50 & 100mbps to become the longtime tiers once the tech/costs reaches the point that allows everyone to get such bandwidth at home....
1gbps is just overkill for consumers today...
