[Equipment] AC211 sunrocket->nuvio->teleblend

ewz join:2009-05-01 Brighton, MI	[Equipment] AC211 sunrocket->nuvio->teleblend I was a sunrocket customer...I switched to nuvio who had me manually reconfigure my AC211...I recently switched to teleblend, but I can't get my AC211 pointed at the teleblend servers...I tried using the WAN Autoconfiguration by enabling autoconfiguration and using http and server as www.teleblend.com and file as ipg_211.cfg..I saved the settings and reset the AC211...and the SIP Configuration values don't change and I can't receive calls. The tech guy says there was some kind of authentication issue...but I don't know where I have to enter any user name and password

Be sure to pursue your issue through regular TB channels. Hope they can help you. PS: Regarding the Voip choices you have made--- Wouldn't you say that if a travel agent booked you on a vacation trip through Yemen, Mongolia, and Chad, that you might consider a new travel agent?
