Bull!

I cry bull. I hate when companies put out these "optimistic" future reports. The telcos claimed a large majority would have next-gen broadband by, what years was it? 2005, 2009, 2010, 2012... and I am sure they will say it again in a few years. What are they at now? Something like < 20%, some less than 10%

I'll believes it when I sees it.

This report is a cable not telcos.

I was making a point. Companies rarely ever complete optimistic upgrades on the time scale they present. Jeez, and people say I'm literal.

I agree it's bull. 99%? Yeah ok in my area maybe 40% even have access to basic cable. Um 99% docsis 3.0 in 4 years? ok.

The wording here is not clear, but I am fairly certain they mean 99% of people that have cable service in the first place.
