I have no idea if they use Static IPs or DHCP IPs. The 5100a is a Bridge and doesn't have a Router so it only supports one (1) PC. You put your ISP setting into your PCs Ethernet Adapter TCP/IP settings page.

The SBC 5100a (060-E141-A01) is preset to »10.0.0.1 and using 192.168.anything will not work as there is nothing at that IP address in the SBC 5100a (060-E141-A01). It is like dialing a phone number that does not exist then expecting it to ring and be answered (its not going to happen).
