FIOS is going to be too expensive. I live in a new building and I don't think they will rip out Cablevision for Fios anyway.
They probably won't rip out Cablevision. Our building was wired by RCN after Time Warner had already wired it. I'm assuming Verizon will also be allowed in the building if they ask.
