Sprint tried to merge Nextel and Sprint CSRs.
According to a district manager that's where the current problem stems from.
The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Sprint is working on that.
Meanwhile if you want the best customer service T is and will always be the best.
That's what they do. At a premium.
You get what you pay for. That's the bottom line. Every time. |
