| Email today from TW I received an email this morning from Time Warner encouraging me to download movies from a paid site... this from the same company that wants to put a 5 GB cap on it customers. These ISP's just don't get it. If you run your mouth about all this speed don't be surprised when people turn on their computers and actually use it.
