EJ forums rank FB/ttw as the highest dps spec...but just behind it is FFB and arcane is only slightly below that. So the 3 specs are all very close in dps, and if the raid has either a warlock with imp shadowbolt or another mage putting up scorch then it really doesn't matter which spec you take.
