| I do believe they are the FIRST to resell service across all Verizon FiOS areas. Rapidsys only offers service in Florida which is worthless to the rest of us. |

| MM Internet, Inc. was the first to work out a deal with Verizon for Fiber. Not DSL Extreme or any other company. In fact MM Internet was the first to offer DSL with them as well on the ATM platform, tested with Verizon with beta customers. |
