The demand just isn't there yet to make that much of a difference in real numbers. Nobody can see their numbers, but I'm guessing that a few hundred people even bother going with that kind of speed right now....even most heavy users would probably congregate around the 20Mbps and 50Mbps mark. It is however an important marketing bragging mark, something that's countered just by meeting them at 101Mbps/$99.
