Unsure at the moment

Just got Concentric DSL about a week ago in Ann Arbor, MI. I'm not impressed yet, but I'm not running away screaming either. Sometimes the dsl is great, other times I get 40% packetloss... We'll see if it gets more reliable anytime soon.

I've had no trouble getting ahold of customer service though.
