Rochester, NY | Harrell Was In Over His Head We were arguing with Rep. Harrell over on StoptheCap! yesterday into this morning. He was obviously in way over his head and looked for the usual way NC legislators dispense with their embarrassments -- dump it for "study" and pull it from consideration. That's a black hole most bills never emerge from.
What will happen next is TW and their lobby friends will look to someone else to reintroduce this mess next term. The only way you stop these things is to stay vigilant and informed and organize a reasonable pushback, which we all did over this issue.
