Office chair - how much would you pay for this?

How much would you pay for this leather chair which seller claims he got from Costco for about $200 2 years ago.

Granting everything looks and functions ok...His asking price is $65.

A quick look at costco.com and I saw this almost identical one...»www.costco.com/Browse/Product.as···&topnav=

mods: pls. move if necessary...
