 | Nope Verizon FiOS 20down - 5up business service and residential at home. Turns out after about 20 calls to customer service and numerious tech visits that there was a small isolated problem with one of their routers/switches affecting 200 or so people, My internet is still choppy sometimes fast other times not. This has been going on for over a month.
My main issue is upload speed, 5mb upstream is a joke. |

A lot of people have problems with the billing, but the service itself is top-notch. Speeds are exactly as advertised, and it's by far the most reliable Internet service I've had. From what I've seen around here, I think most customers would agree. As well, the service techs (the people who actually come to your house -- not the phone CSRs, who I agree are pretty bad) have been quite a bit better than DirecTV's and Comcast's, well educated and professional. (They didn't always solve my problems, but that's another story.) And I don't understand where you're coming from on price, unless you just mean the price for the speed that you're actually getting (with your defective service) rather than the price for the speed you're supposed to be getting (which most people actually do get). -- 09 F9 11 02 9D 74 E3 5B D8 41 56 C5 63 56 88 C0 |
