Re: Beware Sorry for your trouble, but you must understand that your experience is far from typical. A lot of people have problems with the billing, but the service itself is top-notch. Speeds are exactly as advertised, and it's by far the most reliable Internet service I've had. From what I've seen around here, I think most customers would agree. As well, the service techs (the people who actually come to your house -- not the phone CSRs, who I agree are pretty bad) have been quite a bit better than DirecTV's and Comcast's, well educated and professional. (They didn't always solve my problems, but that's another story.) And I don't understand where you're coming from on price, unless you just mean the price for the speed that you're actually getting (with your defective service) rather than the price for the speed you're supposed to be getting (which most people actually do get).
