Outgoing calls are a pure loss. So, MJ's "excessive use" probably takes into consideration the ratio of incoming to outgoing.<br><br>Someone who makes 2000 minutes of outgoing calls will be more "excessive" than someone who makes 4000 minutes outgoing offset by receiving 4000 incoming.<br><br>I can accept that there aren't clear limits. I remember seeing a couple of reports of excessive use terminations a couple months ago. It sounded like it was handled better than the wave that hit in Oct. 2008. These people had a softphone ad telling them they'd been disconnected, and they could make domestic outgoing calls for 1 cent per minute (paid by purchasing international minutes).<br><br>The ToS was also updated to say excessive use is defined as 20x the average.
