Billing still not correct
Yet another month where FairPoint charges me the month-to-month rate for my FAST service ($72.99) instead of the contract rate ($64.99). Each month they say they've fixed the issue - yeah, right. Going on five months now ...
We canceled our land line and DSL 4 months ago. Fairpoint keeps sending a bill every month, we call, tell them we don't have them any more, they say it's been taken care of, the next month we get a bill again. It's always just for 1 month, so somehow they put us back in after they say they take us out of the system.
But then again after we canceled, we got a letter welcoming us to Fairpoint.
