Re: Price DirecTV has a very good CS reputation. They usually come out on top of those surveys. My experience confirms that too. They installed in January on the day promised and arrived within 10 minutes of the start of the appointment window. The two guys worked outside in 10°F weather and got it done right the first time in a little over an hour. The one time I've had to call I was on with a live CSR in less than a minute, and she dealt with my concern immediately (a receiver gone bad).
I have no problem with a 1 year contract since I'm not bouncing around between providers every month, and the $50/mo we're saving over Comcast is very nice. |
