I agree entirely!!That's why I referred twice to his "bosses", and labelled the photo as being "senior managers".The sooner he learns what the issues are, and how bad support has been, the better he will be able to do his job.He's not going to hear from those bosses how bad things are.So he needs to hear it from the users. It's like getting vaccinated.
