| Zintotel no longer replies to customer service email, nor returns any voice-mail messages left for support or billing issues. Now, the www.zingotel.com website is offline and messages at the company's 800 number turn customers away who are looking for answers. This company appears to be acting as a criminal enterprise and uses obfuscation to prevent people from determining transparently what is occurring with it. The company appears to go under the guise of Hybrid Technologies/EV Innovations. Stay away from it if you value your money. |

| Thanks for that info. Your info is bang on as all of the contact information that I have appears to be down or offline. Unfortunately, I have been with them for over a year now. I hope that I can still port my number over to another service. |
