They are hypocritical to charge overage fees instead of throttling after the cap. The problem is that they claim that they need to limit usage, as the network is not meant for heavy use. That's justified, but by charging they are saying that it's just a money grab, and not true network management. They should just turn the dial down after a certain amount per day or per month, like say 1gb/day and 10gb/mo, throttle back to 100kb or something.
