Just wanted to post a positive experience I had, I am in no way affiliated with the company.
My 5th gen iPod battery had deteriorated to the point that it would only play music for about 2 hours at best, so I cracked it open with my fingernail, and pulled the battery out. I ordered a new one from iPodJuice.com for $24 with free shipping and no installation kit/instructions, since it was pretty easy to do.
I received the battery 3 days later, with the kit and instructions included, and a hand-written note on the invoice that said "free kit + instructions". What a pleasant surprise! I installed the battery, charged it for the recommended 4 hours, and after listening to music for 3 hours at work, it still had about 80% runtime remaining.
