 Can't make call

Can anybody help me? I have the following problems using wengophone -

1. I can't make call to my desired destination (Bangladesh)
2. »www.wengophone.com/support/forum/ does not exist where I could post my complain
3. A french language forum however exists, but needs registration where the verification code is not visible!
4. Is there any way I can submit my complain or get my money back?
