SurfinUSA: Unfortunately I'm unemployed right now, so I can't really afford a few extra bucks. 
Dragasoni: that's cool, good to hear. I wish FiOS was available here in Indy. There is a small city in northern Indiana (where GTE's headquarters used to be before they morphed into Verizon) that has it, but not in Indianapolis. AT&T is practically giving U-Verse away here right now, though. |

| A 'personal, non-commercial site' would be something you have on home.rr.com, as you stated was explained to you by tech support in your initial post.
You would be notified of the violation of the TOS before being disconnected and given a chance to fix the situation. Really, this is your call here.
