well i can guarantee that the speeds are going down hill yet again.
Calling the company they will only tell you its gonna be another week before its fixed.

another week starting off with crappy internet service... to only be told by the office its an area issue and we are working on it. Yet i wont see a technician for another week or so. Its uncalled for. Always get the run around from the office.

Have you tried other servers on Speedtest.net? That Greensboro server is usually not so great.

Here's my result from the Miami server which you can see is WAY better than the Greensboro server below it.





Clearly you're getting below what you should be getting, but by trying different servers you might get a better idea of exactly how slow it really is.

tried every server i could even the NY and DC ones. Still getting the same results. My download has gotten better but my upload is staying about the same.
