| Thanks for your response, I cant seem to get any help from wild blue and dont know where to go.
The router is a linksys wrg54t and the dvr is a speco. This unit use port 100. We also are using an E control program from crestron to reach their automation system port 4174. Everything is forwarded correctly. Ironically I have another customer that is experiencing same problem in Wild blue My only two customers on this serivec.
Do not know wat FAped is and what the spot beam is.
