To be honest, in the year I was with Bell my Internet connection was never an issue. It was always the same speed, and always worked. Any issues I had (twice in 1-year) were fixed easily using the Bell Direct forum. The technicians involved with the Bell Direct Forum are amazing.
My issues are limited to the 60 GB Cap, and the price. And those were enough to get me to leave. |

Port Perry, ON | I think it's unreasonable to rate the tech support based on the direct forum. Really, it should be more of a reflection of what the overall picture is, and it's not pretty. |
