Re: Ditch the unlimited data.. CS is clueless. I asked them how I changed my actual plan vs adding on an iPhone data package. They said it didn't change. I then asked how they could renew the agreement and they said that is what happens when you get the iPhone. I asked then if I was not just adding a plan but renewing a contract then I should have not paid full price and they should have subsidized the phone or kept my original contract date....
