anon : Hi guys.

I'm using a Netopia 3347NWG-006 that is leased from Bellsouth/AT&T.

I just hacked a Buffalo router at home with Tomato and now I'm wondering what I can do here at the office to make sure I'm getting the fastest speeds possible. We're in a crappy part of town with horrible infrastructure and speeds are a joke.

Is there a specific firmware update that I should be using with this modem/router? Is there another solution to using their router? Can/should I buy different DSL modem/router and hack it with some sort of open source firmware?

What can I do to make sure I'm getting all the speed I can out of my DSL service? What setup would you be using?

Thanks
