Lost all interest in doing any pre-Ulduar raids. Arena partners aren't on much. So now only raiding Ulduar. I have more time, so I dusted off my 19 twink, and had a blast. My 80, horde alt and my twink...all Priests.
So I rolled a baby hunter, and want to twink her out for the 19 bracket.
I looked up gear recommendations for the 19 bracket and found two different schools of thought. One was to stack stam and Int to the point of wearing cloth. The other to stack Agility.
Any words of wisdom are welcome. Boe 19 items are fairly low priced on the AH lately. My spouse will run me through WC and DM. I already banked the +4 stats to chest enchant.
For those that have not looked at thier 19 twinks since the nerf, blizzard gave back to clothies. Spidersilk boots are now level 19 (instead of 20) and there are BOE green shoulders with stam and +5 spellpower. |

1 edit | The whole grind of leveling additional chars to 80 is making me think of rolling a 19 twink. Is there a class that is markedly more OP than the others at that level? What are the most common classes for twinks? (Engineering for goggles? Herbalism for lifebloom?)
edit: Is it also worth putting the BoA stuff on a twink or are there more powerful gear available at that level?

ok hi guys 
as for most op class in that bracket then it is a hunter. for gearing him/her out u should always stack agi. Really u do not need intell, agi is best for crits. Hunters are easily playable btw so if u get the right gear and chants all u would need then is to faceroll keyboard and bam....u win!

Is the STV hat still better or should I go with the engineering goggles? |

| For a pet i strongly agree with a spider...this is because of there ability to net pple, great for chasing down enemy fc (flag carriers). For bows you should get venomstrike or if u got the badges then get the boa Bow. For head you should get the stv one definately. for shoulders get the boa ones too. For chest get blackened defias armor. Thats all i know from top of my head, will finish list soon once i get on pc cause i'm on mobile now. |

For a 19 twink hunter i reccomend a good amount of agility but dont lack intel especially if you go marksman and get the talent that turns your intel in to ap...as for twink classes at 19 prot warriors in boa gear and stuff do pretty damn decent |

wariour of malorne...not the best and definately not best geared but i hold my own as a top player in my battlegroup. |

Is that not that much of a trouble? |

| I'm pretty sure they do--can't tell cuz I'm at work atm. Something like "slightly increases your stealth detection" is usually found on such items.
I'd assume a defensive hunter wouldn't need to worry about rogues if you keep your back to a frost trap. |

For making a real twink hunter nowdays takes so much time and money. First off, agility and stam are your friends. Half the part of being a twink is staying alive...forever. 19 hunters now with the right gear/enchants are pulling right around 2k health. Aspect of the monkey with the right agility/stam combo makes for 1900+ health and just slight of 30% dodge!
Lucky Fishing hat+libram of constitution. Have to do the chain quest and get the quest reward staff from WC. (can't remember what its called). I made my hunter over a year ago so its been awhile, but there is specific gear to really be a twink.
IMO you are only a twink if you go with the best possible, or very close to it. A couple decent gears and cheaper enchants with 1k health in the 19 bracket doesn't cut it as a twink anymore.

Just a followup...
I made my hunter, geared her in an agility/int set up. And omg Hunters are OP at 19. I never really got how op they were till I tried it.
