The at&t rep said it's $3.00/day... period. You quoted what I just posted: "If you use it one day per month, then it's $3/month." which means, if you use the phone only one day out of the month, then it only costs $3.00 for that month... use it two days in a month, and it would cost $6.00... simple math.
