Canonsburg, PA | Payback? Verizon has received a lot of criticism for cherry picking but when you see how much is involved with overbuilding an area with a PON most of that criticism seems unjustified. However some of the Pittsburgh area suburbs Verizon chose to bring FiOS TV to first were apparently served by lousy Comcast headends. While the Harrisburg area now has some FiOS, before Verizon brings FIOS to all of its Central PA areas Comcast will have paid for its DOCSIS 3 upgrades throughout the region. |
