Re: [CATV] Junky DVR boxes Tonight more trouble, while watching a DVR recording, screen went black and I couldn't exit, fast forward, rewind, sump back, jump forward, restart, start another recording, etc. I had to stop both recording, turn box off then turn it back on. Later, after erroneously reporting the DVR as full when at 84%, it started recording a show, it stated it was recording on the guide, red light was on and it was in the DVR menu, I go back later and it disappeared. A few hours later, it did the input buffer bug, but not for the normal 30 seconds, this time for a good 3 minutes, then it took another few minutes to go through the few commands I had given it (2 swap tuner, a couple OK, couple exits, couple "live").
