1 edit | From Crappy to Horrible.  Charter subscribers may see their service quality decline to horrible. I was a victim of Adelphia's plunge. The Adelphia service department would not fix problems and used substandard parts to make repairs. In one case, a technician walked out of a neighbors home, late in the afternoon, in the middle of an installation, because they said they would not receive overtime pay. |
