Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't.<br><br>Just a note- when I experience this problem, my adapter is always connected to the Home Portal but can't connect to the Internet. It had worked fine for years and all of a sudden I encountered this problem. <description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1230584"><b>jadinolf</b></A> : WIN XP<br>2Wire 1800HG<br>2Wire USB Wireless adapter<br><br>This has just begun to happen. I start the computer and my wireless connection icon indicates "acquiring network connection" The connection to the Home Portal is excellent.<br>If I wait an hour or so, it might finally be connected to the Internet.<br><br>I have tried rebooting and removing the adapter. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.<br><br>Searching here was fruitless. Same for Google.<br><br>Any ideas?
