First of all, your spelling and grammatical errors are horrible, possibly reflecting on your intelligence. Is this a possible reason that we customers have a difficult time with you call center folks?

Secondly, your little rant violates the Verizon Code of Conduct. Next time, I suggest you hold your tongue like a good little call center rep.
