Remote App for Windows Mobile?

I have several computer systems set up in my house, and I would love to be able to use my Windows Mobile phone to control media from them. I've done a bit of searching, but haven't found anything that quite fits what I would like it to do. What I'm looking for is something akin to the Apple Airport Express/ iphone remote system. If anyone can suggest anything, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks
