Nope. Still don't know what you're talking about. Sounds like you're making things up again.
When you watch a VOD program and FF it then press Play,The program does not start at the location when you pressed Play; like with a DVR. It is delayed and you miss 3-5 seconds of the program.

Back on topic, I thought this was funny and I wonder if the Hotel had WOW.

for a long time wow as lacking channels that do have HD like TNT, ESPN 2 and they still don't have csn chicago + HD.

Chicagoland sports fans want there teams in HD and all teams have all games home and road in HD NOW.
