Slingbox needs to have their lawyers warmed up and ready because if AT&T releases an app that does what Sling wanted to do and it is not crippled and banished to WiFi only they should have their day in court.
If this is true, then regardless of network speed, they are impeding technology because it will compete with them. |

| reply to Matt I'm pretty sure Apple couldn't care less as to how much bandwidth an application for the iPhone is going to use.
They want to sell devices, the more and better uses for an iPhone the more people will buy them.
I personally believe Apple would be against this 100% and are restricting it (just like skype) because the carrier wants it restricted. |
