I've only called once and the rep was professional and fix my problem right away.
It seems fios support speaks english not that they are that much more helpfull then the dsl support working in call centers in the middle east somewhere. I spent 2 days calling back and calling back to finally get a decent support agent. I was haveing a problem with not being able to access half the internet. Here it was a routeing issue i was able to get fixed once i got to a level 2 agent But the many level 1 agents I talked to told me as long as i could access verizon.net that it wasnt there responsibility to make sure i could access the rest of the internet that i needed to contact microsoft and google
