Why so much when the PC and Mac app is free? We already bought the hardware. The app should be free just like their PC and Mac clients are. Having more clients pays for itself in more hardware sales.

It's the same price that the Windows Mobile app has always been.

reply to jsz0 Well given they are bleeding video subscribers, it seems that Echostar management doesn't quite have a grip on what people expect. $30 for an single platform application on top of hardware is excessive and I will skip it.
