<description><![CDATA[tubbynet posted : nothing like a little fud to get your wednesday rolling.<br>looking at the sheer size and ambition that "clear" is wanting to push with their wimax service, one could only guess that they are dealing directly with cisco (i'm not aware of them contacting my company for anything).  when you work directly with cisco, you get cisco gear directly.  even with some of the larger channel partners (ala att, etc) go through cisco ordering and punchout tools.<br>the issue that <strike>TK Junk Mail</strike>  ThrowDemsOut <A HREF="/useremail/u/594412"><IMG SRC="http://i.dslr.net/bb/profile.gif" ALT="See Profile" BORDER=0 WIDTH=16 HEIGHT=11></A> brings up deals with broken government procurement practices and incomplete vetting of organizations selling cisco gear.<br><br>cisco is putting some money on this thinking it will work, especially with that vapor-ware product known as lte not showing up yet.  if clear can get their act together, cisco stands to gain quite a bit of share with this (as well as name recognition).  overall, it sounds like it could help clear with the boost they need to get them off the ground...<br><br>q.]]></description>
