[1] An increased chance for above-average rainfall for parts of Central
& Southern Philippines. Enhanced rainfall is expected in this region due to
the active Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ). Confidence: MODERATE.

[2] An increased chance for Tropical Cyclone development for the Western
Pacific Ocean. Above-average Sea Surface Temperature (SST) and the exiting
wet-phase of the MJO will continue to bring chances for tropical cyclogenesis
in this region. Confidence: LOW.
