Interesting, I can't seem to get anything past the YouTube/Level 3 peering point in Washington. I get a partial YouTube page, but it never completes.

It appears I am also having trouble getting to GMail via Level 3 in Atlanta, although not Google itself.

Upon further inspection, it looks like anything of Google's that hits s.ytimg.com (static.cache.l.google.com [74.125.1.22]) is routed through Level 3 in Atlanta ... and that's where the problem is.
