I ported mine a couple weeks ago and sure enough they billed me for another month today, and the useless Indian e-mail support people are clueless, apologizing for their "helplessness" in not being able to tell me anything or do anything for me.
I live just a few miles away from Vonage's big world HQ in Holmdel, NJ. And my business is based nearby also.
I always wonder why I never meet anyone who works for Vonage.
Apparently they must have a tiny staff in that big building, and they outsource all the other work to India.
