They are a phone company, just call the number and see where it goes. Jeez.<br><br>Their record-keeping errors are a problem, but they aren't my problem. Their terms of service (section 6.6) clearly say they will terminate service when the number port is successful. So they can have fun trying to argue against my charge-back :)]]></description>

I have to say that I got my "account terminated" email from them the day my port out went through. I'll be watching for a charge on the 15th, though, just in case they "forget."]]></description>

And my business is based nearby also.<br><br>I always wonder why I never meet anyone who works for Vonage.<br><br>Apparently they must have a tiny staff in that big building, and they outsource all the other work to India.]]></description>
