I ported mine a couple weeks ago and sure enough they billed me for another month today, and the useless Indian e-mail support people are clueless, apologizing for their "helplessness" in not being able to tell me anything or do anything for me. Dang, I'd dispute that charge. I have to say that I got my "account terminated" email from them the day my port out went through. I'll be watching for a charge on the 15th, though, just in case they "forget." |
