Their record-keeping errors are a problem, but they aren't my problem. Their terms of service (section 6.6) clearly say they will terminate service when the number port is successful. Dang, I'd dispute that charge. I have to say that I got my "account terminated" email from them the day my port out went through. I live just a few miles away from Vonage's big world HQ in Holmdel, NJ. And my business is based nearby also.

I always wonder why I never meet anyone who works for Vonage.
